Conflict-free minerals
The Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) is controlled by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). It is a standardized report template that helps transmit information about the country of origin of minerals and the smelters and refiners in use.
YTCO hereby declares that all of the company's products are conflict-free metal products, and we agree to conduct a thorough investigation of the supply chain to ensure that gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), tin (Sn) and other metals are not mined by anarchic legions or illegal groups from mines in the conflict zone of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling.
In addition, metals exported from the following countries do not meet the "conflict-free norm": DRC, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya (all of which are recognized by the United Nations Security Council as Congolese veins).
The company guarantees that any metal contained in the product complies with the DRC Conflict-Free specification.
